What I am writing here is my personal opinion as an individual who is not a G&L Kyosei Institute a researcher.

There is a great deal of energetic research going on in the fields of quantum physics, cognitive science and brain science into what consciousness is.
I have always been thinking deeply about what the genetic code table means. I would like to explain my unique perspective on this.
First, please refer to the genetic code table.

Next, please refer to the 64 hexagrams of the I Ching.

These two tables have the same structure in common.
What does this commonality mean?
The genetic code table is a codon table for the three bases that are read when a gene is expressed.
The 64 hexagrams of the I Ching are the first of the Four Books and Five Classics, which are said to be the essence of Oriental philosophy.
When I put these two tables side by side,
I can’t help but think about the mysteries of the genome DNA, genes and consciousness.
Next, I will give a brief explanation of the I Ching.
The core of the I Ching’s philosophy is the dualistic theory of yin and yang, which is based on the opposition of yin and yang. It states that all things do not exist in isolation, but are always paired with something else, and that by opposing each other, they create a unified world.
These yin and yang circulate by rising and falling in relation to each other, and new developments are born through their interaction. All things in the universe are constantly changing and developing under this law. This is the dialectical perception of the universe in the I Ching.
This law of change in the universe also governs human beings. The cyclical changes in the universe can also be applied to human society.
The creation of material cells is expressed as the expression of genes, which is read from the genetic code table.
Our minds can also be expressed using the I Ching. It is thought that even human minds and social situations can be expressed in the 384 phases of the 64 hexagrams of the I Ching.
If living things created from genetic codes are the result of the totality of genomes, then I repeatedly ask myself whether consciousness is also the result of creation that starts from the I Ching.
The I Ching can be defined as symbolic information passed between encoders and decoders.
I will stop my personal musings here.
I look forward to hearing the opinions of researchers in the humanities as well as the natural sciences.
